By Joining the JV Insider Circle, You Agree to Abide by the Following Terms and Conditions:

Terms of Use

1. Do not share your login information and password. Allowing a non-member to use your login will result in immediate termination.

2. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or criminal liability. Do not upload any images that are in any way sexually explicit, vulgar or offensive or in violation of copyright or trademark laws or licensing agreements.

3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed on the site or on our Facebook page. No bulk email, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the site or on our Facebook page.

4. Please use your own name when communicating with other members. Do not impersonate anyone else.

5. Treat other members with courtesy and respect when sending messages or posting on our Facebook page.

6. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) when sending messages or posting on our Facebook page.

7. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other members in any way when sending messages or posting on our Facebook page.

8. When you post content you permit this site to display and distribute the content to other members.

9. We do not try to edit or to monitor profiles, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable profiles or Facebook comments.

10. JV Insider Circle, LLC takes no responsibility for the choices, actions or claims of any of its members. Members are independent businesspeople and are in no way connected with or representatives of JV Insider Circle, LLC. You are encouraged to do your due diligence and insure that you take care of all legal business requirements.

11. Your membership cannot be transferred.

12. Because you are permitted to upload material to this site, you agree to obtain, maintain, use, and timely update anti-virus, malware, and spam programs so as to minimize the potential for infecting this site.

All editorial content and graphics on this site are protected by copyright and international treaties and may not be copied or re-used without the express written permission of this site, which reserves all rights. Permission to Use: To use this site you agree to give us the right and full permission to post your profile, including your picture, name, company info and information you enter in your profile.

HOWEVER IF THIS SHOULD HAPPEN, IN NO EVENT SHALL JV INSIDER CIRCLE, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS WEBSITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Guarantee

Year-long memberships come with a 30-Day Guarantee. However, our intention is that by fully implementing everything you learn from us over 12 months, you will earn back 10 times your initial investment or more. We are extremely confident in our methods and know that if and when you use our strategies, connect with other members, attend our live event, use our bonuses, and attend all of our training calls, that you will succeed.

Any claims against this guarantee must be submitted within 30 days.

Registration

To use the JV Insider Circle, you must complete your profile page. As part of the registration process for the JV Insider Circle, You agree to: (1) provide certain limited information about yourself (such information should be current, complete, and accurate) and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. The information requested on the profile setup shall be referred to as profile data. If JV Insider Circle discovers that any of your profile data is inaccurate, incomplete or not current, JV Insider Circle may terminate your right to access the membership site immediately upon notice. JV Insider Circle will evaluate the profile data in good faith and will notify you in a timely manner regarding acceptance or rejection. JV Insider Circle may reject a profile if it determines, in its sole discretion that the user is not an appropriate member for this site. JV Insider Circle reserves the right to refuse membership to any user. JV Insider Circle need not provide a reason for its rejection. You may not register for this site if you are under 18 years of age or not an adult in your jurisdiction. By registering for this membership site you represent to JV Insider Circle that you are an adult and 18 years of age or older. Upon acceptance of this agreement and completion of the registration process you will have become a member of the JV Insider Circle.

If there are any annual, monthly or similar periodic fees for membership, these fees will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process for JV Insider Circle. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership for JV Insider Circle (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. JV Insider Circle may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance. All fees and charges incurred in connection with your login and password will be billed to the credit card designated during the registration process for JV Insider Circle or subsequently designated to JV Insider Circle. You agree to give JV Insider Circle notice of any change in your credit card information within 15 days of such change.You are also responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access JV Insider Circle through an Internet access provider or other third party service. YOU, AND NOT JV Insider Circle ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone.

Trial Offers, Coupons, Credits and Special Offers

JV Insider Circle, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our discretion.

Payment Policy for use of Site and Membership

1. If paid in full, your access to the JV Insider Circle website is valid for one (1) year from the date you join. If paying in installments, the fee is automatically charged to your credit card on file on a monthly basis.

2. You will have access to this site for one (1) year. If you choose not to use this site, that is at your own discretion, but you understand that it is an annual membership and there are no refunds after 30 days.

3. The purpose of the JV Insider Circle is to create a community and opportunity for Joint Ventures, but it is up to the members to put in effort to see the reward, therefore if you do not spend the time to build relationships or contact other members, or use our services you will not be refunded because of it.

4. Renewals – All memberships will automatically renew. If paid in full, you will be charged $37 per month after the first year of membership. If paying monthly, you will be charged $37 per month beginning with your 13th month. You may cancel any time after the first year by emailing us at info@jvinsidercircle.com.
